Lawsuits get filed constantly. Matter of fact, this country is the lawsuit litigation capital of the world,

and Southern California is the sort of poster child of our legal system in terms of lawsuits for the country.

This lawsuit happens to be up in Fresno, California.

Fresno, a small town, sort of what, maybe 90, 100 miles away from Los Angeles.

And they have a minor league team affiliated with the Rockies,

the Fresno Grizzlies. And of course, a lawsuit. When in doubt, file a lawsuit. And this one is

the discrimination lawsuit over a ladies night promotion that happened last season. And this lawsuit was filed against a team last week.

And here is the argument, a discrimination lawsuit, because female fans were allowed into the ballpark

ballpark for free. And therefore, ladies were free, men had to to pay and the lawsuit reads that female fans allowed

into the ballpark for free while men and nine non or non binary persons god does that tell

you where we're at today uh men and nine non-binary persons had to pay to get into Chakazani Park.

No, Chicanzi Park.

Okay, fine.

Why not?

Harry Crouch, the male plaintiff, said he paid $18 to get into the stadium while his guest or the person he was with female

Christine Johnson was able to get into the game for free. You think that'd be a good thing, right?
