finally ending the will he or won't he debate.

This morning, former Vice President Joe Biden released a video officially announcing his long-teased entry into the 20-20 race for the White House.

As expected, he's starting his campaign on top, according to a just released Reuters survey he'd get 24% of the

Democratic vote right now compared to just 15% for his closest rival Bernie Sanders

and while name recognition certainly won't be an issue, raising money in a crowded

field of 20 candidates might be.

To that end, the 76-year-old Biden has a busy week of rallies and fundraisers.

His pack schedule includes appearances in Philadelphia tonight,

followed by a meet and greet in Pittsburgh on Monday. After that he's off to Iowa, New Hampshire,

and South Carolina. It's a record just about everyone was trying to avoid.

The measles outbreak here in the United States has now spiked to a 25-year high.
