To give you an idea, how big jewel is, you know, the vaping company, I think they were either

the first one out, but they're certainly the biggest in the country.

Well, they've been sued by state after state to stop marketing the way they have.

Their marketing to kits is what the argument is.

You have young people that are the ones that are pushing Jewel.

Oh, this is great.

They have pitched the fact that this is a safe way to either smoke or stop smoking.

So they're making those kinds of claims with the FDA is saying, uh-uh, not true.

The FTC is in terms of marketing and saying, uh-uh, you can't do it.

So what they're doing is they're settling all over the place.

I mean, lawsuit after lawsuit.

Now, as I started this monologue, I told you,

let's look at the amount of money they've paid and how big this company is. The way settlements

work with governments with private companies that then settle with either governments or other private entities,

plaintiffs, say, I'm suing you.

And there's a settlement.

Inevitably, there's an argument or there's a statement that says, I have done nothing wrong.

I'm settling, but I don't admit liability.

And they come up with some crackpot reason.

Like it's a business decision, which actually does fly sometimes.

We want to stop.
