I have often told you about cases involving battery, assault and battery. Now, you can spit on someone,

and that's technically an assault. That's technically a battery, actually, the touching of someone.

And would you get arrested for it? Yeah, yeah. There are city attorneys. I mean, obviously,

it's a misdemeanor. I mean, when you commit battery and you hurt someone grievously, that's very different.

Hitting someone with a baseball bat is very different than spitting on someone or shoving them. But it's all the same crime. It's a battery.

And there's one case I want to share with you that actually is kind of fun. There's a Florida man who

slapped his wife, and I'll go into what he did in a moment. It was during an argument, and I'm

going to tell you about the police report in just a moment. Police were dispatched because of a domestic dispute and they arrive

at the house and they encounter Orteleo Alfonso who said he had a verbal altercation with his wife.

The victim said, oh no, no, no, no, it wasn't just verbal.

The dispute turned violent.

And what did Alfonso do?

He grabbed a slice of pizza and slapped her in the face with a slice of pizza.
