on winter fuel payments and the two-child benefit cap.

He has not stabilised the economy.

He has no clear answers on what he's doing.

But the Prime Minister insists his government is taking action.

Also on this programme, the tax office reveals that scammers have stolen £47 million by posing as

taxpayers. And there's delight for some MPs as the government announces funding for major

transport projects, but there's disappointment too. There is a new chapter in the Great Welsh

train robbery. But first, shortly after July's general election,

the Chancellor Rachel Reeves withdrew the winter fuel payment

worth up to £300 from all but the poorest pensioners.
