According to the Recovery Elevator Subbriety Tracker app on my phone, I have been sober for one year two months and five days

today recovery elevator I am anxious and the reason why drum roll here go. I have no clue. I am anxious because I have anxiety.

What I used to do when I had anxiety with these uncomfortable feelings in the past,

I used to just drink them away but today is going to be

different because I'm just going to feel that anxiety and let it be there and it is

okay I can still do this podcast even though I'm anxious.

Anxious for no particular reason.

And I am accepting that because acceptance is the answer.

I'm just an anxious person at times, but I'm not going to drink those feelings away I'm just

gonna feel them and let those feelings run their natural course. All right on the
