Summary

My twelve-year-old daughter, Kate, comes on the podcast today to share her perspective. She talks about what it’s like to have parents who track macros, weigh food, and lift weights, and what it is like to have her mom run a business out of their home. She has great advice for all the mothers out there who are wondering how they can better connect with their daughters (or sons).
