The other thing, of course, that I'm doing is taking excellent care of myself and my babies.

So lots of self-care.

I'm not canceling my therapy appointments, right?

I'm reading.

I'm watching movies.

I'm distracting myself when I'm not working because otherwise, you know, you just get into this place where you're in fight or flight 24-7.

And guess what?

That is not good for your health either.

And stress does lower the effectiveness of your immune system, right? So you do want to really get

yourself to a place where you can calm down, right? Stress and panic do not produce any good results,

really. You don't make good decisions when you are freaked out.
