I'm well, thank you, Rory. It's a great day. I'm glad to be here. We're kind of just at the

back end of the initial launch of my book that has been so well received

by our counselling tutor members.

I'm very grateful for that.

I'm humbled that it is received so well.

And the main motivation of putting the book together in the first place was to make a difference, was to take skills which can be tricky at times, which is difficult to explain.
