what I've been having going on. I feel like I'm doing the things

that a lot of us say to do. My room is dark. I relax at the end of the day. I wear my

blue-blocker glasses. I don't watch screen time right before I go to bed. Stress is low,

meditation, magnesium before bed, sleep mask. It's nice and cool in the room. I'm waking up

like three in the morning. I go to bed at nine p.m. It's not like staying up for a late.

I'll wake up at three in the morning. That's just like that's what the way it is. I'm just

up and I don't know. Then I text you guys because I know you guys are up to you. It's true.

I would really love to sleep like seven or eight hours. I don't know if it's just because I'm

turning 41 tomorrow or what the deal is. Thoughts. Danny, you go first. I can't help you with

the seven hour thing. I've had seven hours of sleep like twice in the last two weeks,

which is like a badge of honor for me. I had one seven and a half hour night. I'm really good

with six to six and a half. Maybe I'm not being honest with myself, but I feel awesome.
