Summary

I've always believed that growth in business requires making space for what's next. And not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and even strategically. Because if everything in your life and business is still holding onto the past, there's no room for what God is trying to do right now.

So many women say they want more… more income, more impact, more peace in their business. But at the same time, they're holding onto old offers, outdated pricing, packed schedules, and identities that no longer fit who they're becoming.

In today's episode, I walk through a powerful concept: wealth needs space. I break down two key shifts from a post that stopped me in my tracks. First, how "just in case" thinking keeps you stuck in the past, holding onto things you've outgrown. And second, how avoiding your numbers and staying in financial chaos can quietly keep you in survival mode.

Because here's the truth…
You don't just have a money problem.
You might have a "looking at your money" problem.

And you don't need more strategies.
You may just need to release what's no longer serving you so you can step into what's next.

This episode will challenge you to take a hard look at what you're holding onto in your business, why you're keeping it, and what it might be costing you.

with everyone. And so, yeah, this is the first time I've done this, that I broke down a Facebook

1:06.0

post from someone else. If you're watching YouTube. Because I have lost over half of my hair.

1:11.4

If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know I've done a bunch of Instagram stories about this lately. I have lost over half my hair in the last 60 days. It says twice in six years this has happened. Do I know why? Well, it's, we've narrowed it down, the doctors and I, to one of three things. one, I was diagnosed with

subclinical

I was 46. I'm now 50. No, since I was 48. I went into

menopause at 46. I'm doing math. Started those two at 48 because I went into menopause

way too early, a decade early. Started testosterone last fall. And if you increase your testosterone levels too quickly, this is my understanding that it can

cause you to lose hair. And so I started losing hair right after I started testosterone. So I stocked that also.
