| 1:42.1 | metrics-driven accountability, where we set up metrics in our life |
| 1:47.6 | to measure how we're doing and to start measuring improvement, setting goals. And finally, |
| 1:55.3 | action, taking action in the moment, both with temptation, but also doing something to take care of ourselves, |
