groups, especially in regards to overcoming sex addiction. Now, before we get to that, I want to

talk to you about the mindful habit system to end porn and sex addiction. Now, Craig's the founder of this system. It's an online

program that once you learn, you can use for the rest of your life. Now, it's based in three phases.

There's awareness, accountability, and action. The awareness phase is creating an acute awareness

of unmet needs in our life that are driving us towards

the porn, towards the sex addiction, towards the compulsive sexual behaviors. And as we start to

get aware of what those things are, it leads us into the next phase, accountability, metrics-driven

accountability, where we set up metrics in our

life to measure how we're doing and to start measuring improvement, setting goals. And finally,

action, taking action in the moment, both with temptation, but also doing something to take care of ourselves,

to create self-care plans, to create goals for where we want to go in life.
