Maddie is the host of mind-body musings. She is a body image coach, as she likes to say, a former fitness model now gone sane.

Maddie, why don't you spend a moment just giving everyone an overview of who you are before we deep dive into your story?

Of course. So I have an experience in the fitness modeling industry and it's been a few years now since I have partaken in that.

And I now have the Mind Body Museum podcast where I talk a lot about body image and disordered eating

and how I myself worked through those darker days of struggling with food and accepting my body.

And so it's been such a privilege to be able to take on this role as being a body

image and food coach and helping people just fully embrace and accept the way their body is and

find that unique gift that they have to share with the world. And we have had a tiny peek into the

fitness modeling world. We interviewed Dr. Sarah Solomon, who is amazing, and she was on the show,

and she was telling us a little bit about this psychosis that was required for her to exist in that
