you get to even, you know, several hundred thousand a year or a million and you've got excess cash.

You need to start thinking about what can I do with this money to improve it, right? And start

putting your wealth into other assets, right, whether it's real estate, stock, whatever. So I love

this because I think it's really valuable and it really smart for entrepreneurs to take some of the cash out of their businesses and put it in a real estate deal where you now have

another place where you're earning money.

to be among that number. So a little bit about myself is I am a real estate attorney. I've been a

practicing real estate attorney for 18 plus years. And I have my own law practice. And I also

recently started a new business because I think I started a new business like every other year.

My new business is called Epic Impact Investors. And

Epic stands for educating private investors in communities of color. And it is a education and

private lending platform to empower, educate, and equip private money lenders to lend money in communities of color.
