I am super excited about today's episode of the Wellness Wonderland Radio because a awesome

local friend of mine, Angela is here in Wonderland.

Angela Russell is a Metro Detroit entrepreneur with a passion for cooking with whole foods, nutrition, yoga, fermentation, and do it yourself and traveling.

So from that little description, it sounds a whole lot like somebody else you know, somebody from Wonderland.

So obviously Angela and I really hit it off

because there's so much alignment in all of the things that we do and are passionate about. So today

we're going to get into it with Angela and her journey to a holistic lifestyle and learn more about

her passion for business and her business of

Green Dreams Detroit.

So she hosts workshops, does private consultation, and she hosts eco-retreats.

And she really is just spreading happiness and health throughout our local Detroit community.

So I'm super grateful to have connected with her through picking up a flyer about this

awesome amazing retreat she's hosting coming up here.

And we'll get into all of that.

But honestly, I'm just so glad that I picked it up and emailed her and the rest was
