Hey everybody, it's Joe Lampel, the Joe Behind Joe Gardner, and thanks for listening

today to the Joe Gardner Show.

Hopefully as always, but if you're new to the show, welcome.

Today, if you're listening to this around the time of its original release, then there's

a good chance that you have a stack of seed catalogs staring at you in the face, or you're

cozyed up by the fireplace, or some other favorite place where it's nice and warm, and you're

dreaming of your best garden ever, thanks to all those seeds that you're about to order.

Now maybe you're a catalog seed buying pro and you're undaunted by all the beauty that's

in these catalogs, and so you're not really diving into all the hype or the allure of

loading up on more seeds, but I am sure that there are plenty of you out there that are

still trying to make sense of it all, and as we all know, it's way too easy to get sucked

into that seed catalog board text, and before we know what hits us, we've ordered way more

seeds from too many companies than we can realistically deal with in any one season,

let alone probably five seasons, at least that's my experience.

So today's episode was created to help you with that, or maybe it's to help me with

that.

Equipping you with some practical information and offering a few tips to help exercise

a little restraint as we plan our orders.
