We are going to talk to Damon John in just a second

about all types of different things.

We're going to talk to Damon John about how he built his fortune, about

branding, marketing, about financial literacy, how we increase it in our

neighborhoods, his journey, and how he was beating when he was

doing his thing at his biggest, what life was like to go from sort of being a struggling hustling entrepreneur to having

one of the defining brands in hip-hop fashion.

We're going to talk to Damon about that in a second, but obviously I have to

address the fact that Kanye West came to T.M. Z. yesterday and talked to Harvey on

T.M. Live. I did not have any contact with Yea yesterday. We didn't talk at all.

He came here. He did the interview outside and then he proceeded to shoot a music video in a ditch outside there at the team's office.

I am as baffled by what's going on with Kanye as anybody else obviously.

I'm probably going to be linked to him for the rest of my

career being that there was a lot of attention to what happened the exchange

between him and I on TMSi Live earlier year. But I have to say this, as baffled as I am about

what's going on with Conyay, I am no longer intrigued. I am no longer invested. I am no longer interested and when I am no longer interested and what I am wondering is why the rest of us are.

This is not called for a boycott.

Connie West makes great shoes.

He makes music that people like.

Still, I haven't heard some of the new stuff.

So there's no reason not to support art and culture that you like unless it makes you feel bad to do it.
