It's nothing short of hip-hop royalty. You guys know Rockefeller Records. We have had Damon Dash on the show,

one of the architects of Rockefeller Records, and we have another one of them today, Kareem Biggs, Burke, oftentimes referred to as the

silent partner of the rock. This guy means a lot to hip-hop. He means an inordinate amount to hip-hop.

These guys changed clothing, they changed rap, they changed the culture, and now we're

going to talk a little bit about how he was able to do

that about some of the struggles that he went through personally and professionally as

being one-third of Rockefeller with Dame and Jay about how going to prison changed the trajectory of his life

and made him realize some things about him that he didn't know he's gonna tell me

about the one artist that he wished he had signed when he was at Rockefeller and the one artist that if he was starting Rockefeller today he would sign

Fantastic also we're gonna talk a little bit about his sort of complicated relationship with Kanye West.

And why Biggs has always been a guy that never, ever needed the spotlight or the credit something that we could all use a little bit less of.
