For many of you, it is March 8th. And in the United States, on March 8th, at 2 a.m., we experience daylight savings time, which means we change our clocks. Many countries in the world do

change their clocks, but as you know, many countries do not. So what happens in America for me

in about five hours? When it is 2 a.m., I am supposed to change my clock to 3 a.m.

Uh-huh. So it goes forward one hour.

So in the morning, if I do not change my clock and I have my alarm set for seven o'clock in the morning,

am I waking up early or late?
