How to heal ancestral wounds. For so many of you it really striked a cord on an area of your life that you've never really touched upon before.

And when I first heard that a lot of the things that I was dealing with, self-doubt, confusion, female suppression, came from my ancestral lineage,

it was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and as weird as it sounded, the more I learned and dived into my ancestral past, the freer I became.

So if you haven't listened to that podcast episode yet, episode 30, I recommend definitely checking it out after this episode.

It might really, really open up dark places of you that you haven't really accessed before and shine light into it just by thoroughly getting to know yourself.

I'm also so excited to announce that my four regroup coaching program, Doshas and Dharma had such an amazing response.

I really wasn't expecting as many applicants as I had gone, gotten and hundreds of you submitted to me saying that you're ready to find your Dharma, find your life purpose to go out there, share your mission with this world.

But for the purpose of making this planet a better place and I am in gratitude to you, I bow down to you for taking that mission because that's what the world needs more of more people living in their Dharma,

who is living their life in Korea, which I talked about in episode 26, an effortless flow.

So because of this reason, I've decided to open up a second group coaching program for this October.

I'll be coaching 10 more people. It will be a small group coaching program for weekly videos, PDFs, group coaching, private Facebook accountability support group.

I'm going to get to know yourself in these four weeks. I'll be working with you. You'll have the time to do individual coaching with me on the calls.

And if you're waiting for self-empowerment to wake up to whatever that mission is, maybe you've been working at a job that you're not really loving and 30 years later, you're kind of itching to go back to whatever your highest purpose is.
