Supreme Court is hearing a case that even they're enjoying hearing.

Now, most Supreme Court cases are pretty dry.

They're either very dry, very technical issues, or they're massive every once in a while.

Brown versus Board, the Dobbs decision overturning Roe.

I mean, sometimes they really pay attention.

And then sometimes, as I said, they're just fun.

Okay, this one is just fun.

And it's a case that's entitled Jack Daniels, yeah, the Whiskey Maker, versus VIP products.

Because VIP makes dogs toys.

And they have a toy that's called Bad Spaniels, and it looks just like a Jack Daniels bottle, except this is a soft plushy toilet toy and on the front not only is

the say bad spaniels the same logo etc with the trademark and uh also part of the label uh

where it says number two and describes tennessee uh it says the old number two on your Tennessee carpet.

So Jack Daniels thought that was hilarious.

Not hilarious enough not to sue.

And this case now went up to the Supreme Court.

So in the brief, Jack Daniels writes,

Jack Daniels loves dogs and appreciates a good joke as much as anyone,

but Jack Daniels likes his customers even more and doesn't want them confused or associating its fine whiskey with dog poop.

Now, it's kind of weird, isn't it?

I mean, come on, really.
