All right, the abortion wars continue.

In light of the Dobbs decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade several months ago, of course, it has gone crazy.

California, for example, now adding abortion as a

constitutional right, specifically, a woman has the right to have an abortion performed in the state of

California. And then you go the other way. You go to Texas. You go to southern states in which the abortion provider can go to

prison. I think it was Texas that just passed a bill or introduced a bill that, matter of fact,

I think they passed it where a doctor can go to prison for 99 years, lose the license,

and pay $100,000 fine, which means that no one is, even in a

state where abortion is legal, no one is going to do that. And doctors are scared to death.

Well, members of the South Carolina State House, 21 co-sponsors in the House of Representatives

in the state, are considering a bill

called the South Carolina Prenatal Equal Protection Act of 2023 that would amend the state's

code of laws, redefining person to include a fertilized egg at the point of conception,

affording the zygote, quote, equal protection under the homicide laws of the state.

Wait a minute.

That's homicide?

Seriously?

The woman who undergoes abortion can be held guilty of homicide.

And by the way, South Carolina has the death penalty.

And there are no exceptions to this.

If a woman voluntarily undergoes abortion, she is eligible for the death penalty.
