Now, abortion in the United States, of course, is just so partisan, and it is such a horrific fight and has been for many many years then we had

row being overturned and then you have various states coming in really limiting abortion

in some cases making it just outright criminal certainly for any doctor or provider and you just had the Alabama Supreme Court say that frozen embryos are human beings

and therefore the destruction of embryos, let's say even mistakenly destroying embryos in an IVF lab,

makes the lab, the doctor, the people involved open to wrongful death

lawsuits because frozen embryos are people. And then the legislature immediately a few weeks later

said, no, no, no, no, they're not. So, I mean, it's just rife with all kinds of dissension,

discussion, argument in the United States, state by state, federal government no longer being involved because of the overturning of Roe.

So let me tell you what happens in France.

France has never had a problem with abortion, ever.

And as a matter of fact, looking at what's happened around the world, what the

French legislature just did is enshrined the right to abortion in its constitution. Special joint

vote of the two houses of parliament and done uh abortion more far more widely

except in france uh than the united states and other countries but 80 percent of french people backed

uh back up the fact that abortion is legal and so now it is um absolute law constitutionally provided for.

Same thing in California, by the way.

As you know, me being a Californian, I've been following that up in the Constitution.

First of all, abortion has been in the Constitution or been provided for in the Constitution under the laws of privacy, under the whole privacy issue.

And by the way, privacy doesn't exist in any Constitution.

Very strange.

But the rights privacy was instituted in the Constitution, not in the federal constitution.
