And we begin with a historic ruling by the US Supreme Court with major

implications for the upcoming presidential election. Yesterday the nine

justices unanimously agreed that former President Trump can stay on

Colorado's primary ballot a decision that effectively ends challenges to his

candidacy in several other states as well.

The group behind the effort to bar him pointed to the 14th Amendment,

which suggests that officers of the United States,

who've engaged in a rebellion against the government

shouldn't be allowed to run again.
