This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice, where I tell you you have no case.

The president, former president, Donald Trump, has a bunch of stuff going on.

He just had a win, actually, because one of the cases, and probably I think the most important case going down is Jack Smith, special prosecutor for the feds.

He has charged former President Trump with interfering with a governmental procedure, undoing the federal election, a legal federal election interfering with.

That is no small deal.

I mean, that's sort of a felony.

And what happened is, former President Trump has said, I'm immune.

Whatever I do as president, I have complete immunity no matter what, criminal, civil, you

just can't go after me.

Presidents have 100% immunity. By the way, his position, even in criminal acts,

I mean, his position is he could order the assassination of a rival, and it's protected, as far as he's concerned.

Well, he lost in the lower court, of course.

Then it went up on appeals and the appeals court, 3-0 said,

oh, no, no, no, you're crazy.

There is no total immunity for a president while the president is president,

an individual is president.

Okay, so now he takes it up to Supreme Court.

And the court agreed to hear it.

And that was kind of surprising.

The court could have easily said, we're going to, you know, we're not hearing it even.

Peel's court said, no, you're done.

But they agreed to hear it.
