Well, in my case, back from the beach.

Well, it's good to be back.

I'm like, oh, hi guys.

Like, we took just a couple weeks off, I guess, there.

And now we're all rejuvenated.

You know, for those of you who have missed me and Heidi in our regular episodes, we sincerely,

everyone. Of course. We sincerely apologize for not being the dynamic duo the past couple

weeks, but we were having to focus on something that's

a buzz term called self-care.

We really did.

And for Heidi, it was, you know, her Movar experience, which we'll get into.

And for me, it was my eating good food and surfing.

So mission accomplished, we're both feeling rejuvenated.
