And I am thinking towards the end of the year now as we've passed the time for Thanksgiving

Closing out the year. This is when I always reflect back on this

particular year. What did I do that really worked? What did I do that didn't work so

well that was in my control and what were those things that maybe didn't go the way I wanted them to go

That I had no control over and for this year most of it was

weather related.

So it wasn't like I could really do much about changing that.

I really had to just play the, I just had to play the hand that I was dealt.

And I did that fairly well.

And so I wanted to though talk to you about some of those things that I know that I have done in the last few years that really made a noticeable difference in my

That we can all replicate with great success and it will help buffer some of those

Really tough pitches that you get from Mother Nature. It really will make a difference there, at least more so than if you didn't do anything.

So that's what I wanted to reflect on today with one particular thing where I wanted to
