So in doing the research for this interview, I came across something that said, when you were in the midst of trying to put on weight, you would drink milk, like it, I'm not just about a milk all the time, and I got to try the gallon challenge twice, I don't know if you've ever done that, but it ended awful both times. |

2:11.0 | So, so that are you talking about trying to drink a gallon of milk in an hour, right? That's the challenge. |
2:16.0 | That's the gallon challenge with milk, and I know that's not exactly what you're doing, but I still can't imagine the stomach. |
2:21.0 | Well, I kind of put a little twist on that, and I just expanded it out, and I said, I'm going to do a gallon of milk a day every day for, I don't know, I didn't really have a timeframe, but I was like, I'm just going to go for it and just try to get extra calories in that way. |
2:36.0 | And it was relatively short lived, but I think I think in that timeframe, it was probably pretty helpful to pack on the pounds. |
2:44.0 | Because how many calories is a gallon of milk? It's kind of a nuance. |
2:47.0 | That's a good question. I wish I could ask you a couple hundred for sure. Yeah, definitely. |
2:52.0 | But you put on, you put on like 30 or 40 pounds in a short amount of time, right? |
2:57.0 | Yeah, man, it's been about, my weight has kind of gone up and down in the last few years, just for different reasons in trying to figure out what the best competitive weight was for me. |
3:07.0 | But when I started doing CrossFit about eight years ago, I was 155. Right now I'm sitting at like 190. I've gotten up to 200. So yeah, it's been a hefty amount of weight gain since my CrossFit journey began. |
