Summary
Whether you're running a household or a multi-million dollar operation like our guest today, you can be the CEO of your own life - and my guest today has an incredible story and some serious wisdom to help you do exactly that.
Erin Hohnbaum is the CEO, Owner and Founder of the award-winning boutique chain, E.Leigh's Contemporary Boutiques, which spans Arkansas, Texas and Kentucky. At the age of 26, Erin decided to take a leap of faith by quitting her full-time public relations gig to start her own online and in-home trunk show accessories business. Flash forward 8 years, and E.Leigh's is now a multi-million dollar operation, spanning 3 states. Erin says, "While the company has grown and evolved over the past 8 years, the mission has always stayed the same: to create a space where women feel strong, empowered and better leaving than when they came in our doors."
In this episode you will learn:
- The wisdom Erin's dad shared with her that we ALL need to hear
- How to get over the fear of asking for help
- How to get resourceful when you're first starting out in business
