Well, 2022. A little bit. A little bit of 2022 left. We're just about done. We just about made it out.

And, uh, welcome everyone to the Jeff Gersman show. It's a podcast that I do here every Tuesday. It's about video games.

Dot, dot, dot, question mark. And here we are. Uh, it's been an interesting, a little day here or, or I guess to the last 12-ish hours.

We are going to, uh, we're going to, I am, um, I am thinking a lot about video games that are appropriate for children.

Because we are going to take on some house guests for an indeterminate amount of time. Sounds like that's going to be happening.

A little bit later today. Um, a, um, one of my wife's friends is pregnant and she is, um, in the hospital to have a baby.

As they say, and, um, and has been trying to find something, you know, I, I will leave the, the blow by blow out of it long story short.

We are going to be looking after her kids for a couple of days. She's got two boys. My understanding is that they are six and nine.

If, if Larry, well, I mean, if, uh, if Larry King were with us, he might, he might say, uh,

I don't, I don't think that's appropriate. That's probably not a, probably not appropriate.

Um, but here we are. Uh, so yeah, so we're, we're going to be, um, so we'll have four kids in the house for some chunk of time here.

And, uh, I don't know how that's, I don't know how that's going to go. I don't, I don't know.

I don't know how that's going to go. Well, we're going to play it by ear a little bit. And, um, my understanding, I've been told that these boys are interested in video games.

And the word that was relayed to me is that they got many Nintendo's for Christmas.

I don't know what that means. I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm a, when I think many Nintendo, I am going to assume it was one of the kind of many, many SNES or something like that.

But like, are those still around? Well, I guess it's not Christmas yet. So maybe that was like last year that they got those.

I don't know. I don't know. Uh, so probably like a SNES classic or something, maybe I'm not really sure. So I, I don't know. I'm going to, I'll pick their brains and see.

Look, look, I've got a lot of video games kind of at my fingertips here. So if they show up and they're like, Oi, God, we've been raised on the ZX Spectrum.

I'll be like, Oh, well, I've got afterburner right here. Let's get into that. And, um, and we can, you know, check out a tick attack and, and all of those sorts of things.
