Today we have a very, very special guest and his name is Jeff Nippard.

So Jeff is a WMBF pro natural bodybuilder and he's also an internationally qualified IPF slash

CPU powerlifter in the 74 kilogram weight class. Jeff also has a bachelor degree in science of biochemistry.

He's also been to dental school for two years after that,

and he has utilized his relationships in the science background

to continue his education on his own terms and he now has a

career where his passions lie in fitness and after we've done the website copy and

paste introduction I'm gonna give you my own introduction of Jeff. Jeff is a really good friend of mine.

We met probably a few months ago in person, but I've been following Jeff for a while and he's also a

PE science teammate of mine and Jeff has a YouTube channel that has been blowing up recently and
