0:38.6	And in the last episode, I gave you a behind the scenes of what happened with our marketing

0:45.0	And this was a one-night event that we did to raise a whole bunch of money for a great

0:49.5	And it was incredible.
0:51.3	The people that showed up were amazing.

0:55.4	some incredible insights about the big marketing ideas from the last 12 months and most importantly,
1:00.7	the big ideas and opportunities and trends that they're looking at going into the next 12 months.
1:06.9	It was awesome. But it didn't happen without a few hiccups. And as a result, well, that
1:14.3	created some reaction. And typically, they fell into two buckets. Number one was understanding and
1:22.2	compassionate, but number two were the negative and the vocal. So let me give you an example and then let me kind of paint the picture of what happened.
