It is, for me, 112015, January 1st,'s the new year happy new year I hope that your year is starting off nicely me so far so good work work work work work work but that's what I want to do 2015 the year of work that's good for me I want to do. 2015, the year of work.

I want to do that.

Some people might say, oh, no, Shane, you need some vacation.

Yeah.

Well, sure.

But really, I do want to focus on work.

Yeah, I like it.

And that's what I'm doing.

Okay. Today, we have a great expression and I have a couple of thank yous to make. But first of all, our expression, go with the flow.

Go with the flow. What does it mean to go with the flow? Well, first of all, pronunciation

Do you go with the flow? Sometimes I go with the flow do you go with the flow sometimes i go with the flow but i actually i think

most of the time i don't go with the flow so what does it mean to go with the flow it means to follow

to follow everybody else,

to do what everybody else does,

to copy what other people do,

to say what other people say,

to think like other people think.
