i still have two hours of 2014 so you guys might be a day ahead of me.

So I have some time to finish up the year properly.

But my goodness, a new year, a new beginning.

It's time to start.

And today's expression is starting is half the battle. Starting is half

H-A-L-F the battle. B-A-T-T-L-E. And what this expression means is the most difficult thing is starting.

If you can start something, your chances of finishing it are actually pretty good.

Starting is the most difficult thing.

Starting is the most difficult part. But once you start, you can do it. You've already

accomplished the most difficult thing. Starting is half the battle. So battle, if we think of a battle,

you might also think of war. Well, a war is several years and a battle is in

one area on one day that's the idea so let's say for 2015 you decided that you want to quit smoking

for example well every day is a battle.

Every day you're going to want to have a cigarette.

Maybe every hour, maybe every couple hours.

You will experience a battle.

But as long as you start that battle, you are half successful.

Keep going.
