To be out of sorts. O-U-T, out-of, out-of O-F, sorts, S-O-R-T-S.

To be out- of sorts means you are not able to concentrate today.

You are not able to do a good job today. For some reason, today,

your skill, your ability is very bad. Usually you're good. Usually you can concentrate.

Usually you know. But today, something's wrong. Maybe you're tired. Maybe you're sick. Maybe there's a problem that you're thinking about at home. So therefore, you can't concentrate on your work or your school work.

You're out of sorts.

It's a good expression.
