Hello everybody, welcome back to Daily Easy English Expression.

Oh, today's expression is so nice.

You know, Friday is coming up.

Now, for most people in America and Europe, Friday is the end of the week.

For some people, Thursday is the end of the week.

For some people, Sunday is the first.

Everybody's different.

But anyway, in America, if you live and work in America, Friday is the last day of the working week.

So some companies have a relaxed office atmosphere.

And, you know, most companies, when you go to work, you have to wear a business suit. You need, if you're a guy, you need to wear a tie.

The ladies need to wear a dress or some sort of office suit, even for the ladies.

It's very formal.

But some companies, on Fridays, they relax. And you can wear more casual clothes. Now,

of course, you cannot wear shorts. You cannot wear, you know, t-shirts. It has to be

semi-casual, kind of semi-formal, probably a polo

shirt, some nice slacks, something nice, but at least you don't have to wear a suit.

In that case, we say, it's dressed down Friday.

Oh, yeah.

I'm really excited.
