that I had this weekend, some takeaways that I had this weekend from a conference that I went to

with my mom. We did a little mother-daughter's weekend. And we went to a conference called This

Naked Mind by Annie Grace. She's an absolutely phenomenal individual who's making waves in her particular industry.

She is focused on healing addiction, particularly alcoholism.

The reason it was so impactful and that I want to share it with you is because regardless,

if you struggle with addiction in the form of alcoholism or food or gambling or sex or drugs,

what's going on on a brain-based level is all very similar. And so it was absolutely, it was a

phenomenal two-day event here in Denver, Colorado. And some of the things that I want to share with

you are so important in your healing journey. There're things that I teach the women inside the food

freedom master class. They were reiterated to me at the conference this weekend. And I think so often,

we don't understand how much this is impacting us. And kind of the topic of conversation for today
