Today, we are going to talk about something that is so incredibly important. It's something that we do on a day-to-day basis without even realizing it, and it impacts the way that we think, the way that we feel, the way that we behave and show up. It influences our behavior without us even realizing it. And it's something that we all do and we need to start paying attention to because of how impactful
