Chris's journey of designing a new life and taking massive risks to chase his passions, including giving up a lucrative career and moving across the world, is nothing short of inspiring.

Something you learn from Rogan, you said, was that something valuable is often difficult to achieve,

0:05.4

but just because it is difficult does not mean that it is valuable or worthwhile.

0:10.3

This I called Rogan's value difficulty conflation. For instance, Joe said,

0:14.5

like, look at the car he's driving, look at the watch he's wearing, look at the girl he's with.

0:17.8

People would look at those things and think, wow, those are difficult to get, but they're not

0:21.2

necessarily valuable. Just because something is hard for you to achieve doesn't mean that it's

0:26.0

something that you should desire. Things that are truly valuable are the ones that are aligned

0:29.6

0:33.5

sure that the reason that you're doing something is because you actually value it, not simply because

0:38.8

it's something that's difficult. Before we dive into today's episode, I want to thank you for

you, and let's dive into the show. Okay, today on the podcast, we have Chris Williamson,

1:33.5

and my first question to jump right into it. You've gone from model,

1:38.9

party boy, club motor, rowdy TV to a top podcast host, having some of the deepest conversations

1:47.0

with the most successful people. How? Yeah, it's not the normal trajectory. I don't guess.

1:55.2

I think for a long time, I was very curious, and throughout my 20s, I was this big name on
