But before that, I wanted to share something very personal with you ladies.

So just a few years ago, I was a chronically stressed out, overwhelmed mom, full of anxiety, struggling with

depression, working full time in a career I lost my passion for, and literally feeling like

every single day was Groundhog Day. Don't get me wrong, I was grateful and faithful to where I was in

my life, but I wasn't joyful.

I was living in survival mode.

Every day I put a smile on for my kids, my husband, my friends, but underneath I was a mess.

No matter what I did, I felt like I could not keep up with everything on my list and all of my responsibilities.

And I felt like I just sucked at everything. I felt like I was a crappy mom, a crappy wife,

and just crappy at everything. I was broken and I was hurting. And I didn't know how to change it.
