Good afternoon everybody and welcome to Invest Talk it is Tuesday

February 25th 2020 well we've seen the very volatile market have we not and all

about the coronavirus spreading to Italy. Now I have a

feeling the coronavirus is probably going to spread everywhere but it's

amazing to me that tens and thousands of people die from the flu every year and the coronus virus you have a total of 2,500 people so far that's died.

It just seems to be an outside response. I understand that it's

much more contagious and that you know that it's a pandemic and you know there's probably proper

worrying and I was a little you know not that long ago I felt that maybe the

fears were already built in the market, but obviously they're not.

So the coronavirus threat is going to be a worldwide thing and it's bringing uncertainty

everywhere.

So, and as I said a week ago, I was thinking that the coronavirus fears may have already

taken in consideration by the markets.

However, now that's spread, that's not so. It's still taking place. Now I'm thinking once we've had

what 6% correction in two days or so I'm thinking this is going to set himself up to be a very good buying

opportunity. I just don't know when that might happen. I mean we don't know when

how much more damage is it going to do. I mean it's only been 6%. You know it feels bad because it happened

over a couple of days. But you know it's only 6%. So I'm thinking of normal correction is 10. And will we get 15 out of this

coronavirus? See we don't know. I don't know. Everybody's worried that's going to have
