Good afternoon fellow investors and welcome, welcome to

Invest February 24th 2020 edition and today is an interesting day in the markets.

You know the coronavirus threat has made a big impact and we're talking about it for a few weeks now probably what going on a month and I said

before you know the the market's appreciation for the economic impact of this I think is underappreciated and

today you see the sudden appreciation of something that I think was fairly clear was much bigger than most people were expecting.

And that's... most people were expecting.

And that's markets.

You know, we take the elevator, sorry,

the escalator up and the elevator down.

So we had that today.

And it was really on the back of the spreading

of this to another continent, right, to Italy, South Korea and Iran.

Two of those three are like Iran, technically Asia, might be.

But I know Italy is, Italy's Europe.

So officially is a pandemic.

That's when you spread to more than one continent, right? And this is certainly going to last for a little

while and the big question is how do you react and we're going to get to that here in a little
