Burger King's bold new ad campaign featuring its signature Whopper sandwich revolves around a time-lapse video of a disgusting decomposing

hamburger. On day one, the lettuce wilts in the disgusting covered in hairy mold and blanketed in spores. The stomach-churning ad is set to a jazzy tune.

What a difference a day makes. Why the vile video?

Burger King is promoting its move away from artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors.

McDonald's, its biggest rival, took a similar step back in 2018.

It's been called a supernatural experience, but this year it's a bit of a bust.

Every February, thousands of spectators gather in Yosemite National Park to see its famed

Firefall. The horsettail Fall is a waterfall that flows

nearly 1,600 feet down the eastern face of El Capitan. For a few days at sunset

around the third week of February when the sun hits at just the right

angle, the fall glows like lava spilling over the side.

But for the phenomenon to occur, all conditions need to be right. No clouds in the sky, and of course, lots of running water.
