ridiculously cold weather dropping from Canada into the U.S. This morning temperatures in parts of

Montana and North Dakota could hit 45 degrees below zero Fahrenheit. And that's the real temperature. Add in the wind,

and it'll make it feel more like 60 below. Those folks are getting the worst of it, but the deep

freeze will be felt everywhere from the Canadian border to Texas. This polar vortex is the
