This is something that I expected that we all, as you know, former President Trump is claiming, and this has to do with the January 6th,

the accusing him of plotting to subvert the results of the 2020 election, and he's being

charged, and he has been charged charged and he's been indicted.

And now trial is coming up.

And what he did is he went to court and claimed that he as president is completely immune.

That anything he does as a president is immune from any prosecution.

And now it gets interesting because the argument is, and his lawyers are making it, that a president is above the law. That it doesn't matter what he does.

Assassinate Americans who are rivals, order attacks on people who are innocent,

argues or puts the army and goes after a, blows up a house with people inside of it.

He is completely immune as president, which of course, I mean, that's completely ludicrous.

Now, I've got to tell you, his lawyers know that.

I mean, no one thinks that it would even, well, maybe his followers, maybe the super, super MAGA people who would argue.

But they're not arguing the law.

They're arguing that whatever Donald Trump does. Any other president, of course, would be not arguing the law. They're arguing that whatever Donald Trump does.

Any other president, of course, would be held to the law. So why would they do this?

Well, just to delay. This is a federal court. And if they delay, delay, delay the trial,

delay a conviction, then he gets elected because

the polls show that upon a conviction of a criminal charge, his, there are people who are
