And we begin with the Iowa Caucus turning into major confusion.

As of this recording, very early Tuesday morning, the first in the nation

results among 11 Democratic presidential candidates are still not in. The reason for the delay, according to Iowa Democratic Party officials, is due to

inconsistencies in the reporting of results. They stress that there was no hack or intrusion. But after a razor close result four years ago, a new

rule was put in place requiring three sets of numbers to be reported. But that apparently

has created some technical glitches.

One computer science professor who warned the state about such problems admits this is

an embarrassment, but it shouldn't shake people's confidence in the results.

As for when they'll be released, all that's being reported is sometime today.

In other political news, as we mentioned yesterday, President Trump will give his third State

of the Union speech tonight.

This is a custom that started in 1913, where the Commander-in-Chief gives an update on the

economy, national security, and other key points while

laying out his legislative agenda and priorities for the coming year.

It will be only the second time in U.S. history where an impeached president will give a state of the union address,

the first given in 1999 by Bill Clinton.

Yellow school buses are getting a little more green.

That's because more and more school districts are replacing old buses that use diesel fuel with electric models in a move that benefits both students and our air quality.

The biggest challenge of course is money.

This switch isn't cheap, but some power companies are stepping up to help cover part of the costs.

The reason, these electrical school buses could actually help fuel the grid.
