results among 11 Democratic presidential candidates are still not in. The reason for the delay, according to Iowa Democratic Party officials, is due to

inconsistencies in the reporting of results. They stress that there was no hack or intrusion. But after a razor close result four years ago, a new

rule was put in place requiring three sets of numbers to be reported. But that apparently

has created some technical glitches.

One computer science professor who warned the state about such problems admits this is
