All right, let's do it. This is Handel on the Law. Marginal legal advice where I tell you,

whatever your name is, you have no case, and hopefully, if I'm lucky, ruin your day.

Now, you've heard of driving while black, right? The whole DWIB, I think,

or DWB driving while black. And this is a

complaint that

African-Americans, particularly young

20s, 30s, black men, mainly

in their 20s, are

accusing the police of stopping

them in far greater numbers simply because they are black.

And, of course, the cops say that's absolutely not true.

We don't do it, except I point out, look at the statistics.

That's all. Look at the science.

And young black men are stopped more often.

Now, the cops can argue, well, it's it's the, you know, they're in different

areas. They're in lower socioeconomic, socioeconomic areas where they live and where they drive.

And therefore, that's a reason and that's not racism. Yeah, putting it all together,

all things being equal, young African American men are stopped more often by the police.

Okay, and then they're stopped.

What are you doing here?

And they get tickets or not.

Or, okay, they come up or they tell the cops, I'm here legitimately, and here's why.
