I want to, first of all, I apologize.

You know, we went four months strong without missing any episodes a week or anything

like that and the plan was to continue on even when hidey was gone for two weeks well we'll get

into a little bit more as the podcast goes on today but um some stuff happened last week i let us down

i let you guys down.

On a scale from 1 to 10, I am a failure.

And I let everybody down by not come in the studio simply because I didn't feel like doing it and I was throwing a temper tantrum.

Well, I want you to know that I actually recorded a podcast with another lady in Australia.

So we'll be able to link that up when it's ready, but her name is Wendy.

She's from India, but migrated to Australia when she's 15.

And we talked a lot about mental healthness.

I think we got a good tagline there, mental healthness.
