According to my Recovery Elevator sobriety app on my iPhone,

I have been sober for nine months.

That is June 7th.

Nine months ago, on September 7th. I stopped drinking. I quit. Call me a

quitter. I quit drinking and so far I've been successful at it for nine months.

And today's podcast is about rehab and how close I was

to going to rehab. But I didn't quite go to rehab, but I made a very important step in going to rehab, and I'll talk about that

in just a second.

On episode 16, I am going to interview Lee Pepper from Foundations Recovery Network.

In a previous podcast episode, I made an attempt to explain how amazing of a resource this is

while in recovery, or if you're thinking about quitting drinking,

but I didn't really do it justice.

So through a mutual introduction I met Lee Peppers and he's on the show today.

He's going to tell us all about Foundations Recovery Network.

He's going to talk to us about the success rates of rehab. When is the right time to go? Do you have to hit

a bottom to go to rehab? All kinds of stuff. These are questions that I have been asked personally
